My point here is that you can easily get around 3000-4000 niche related autoapprove urls from each monthly list. In my opinion this should be more than enough for tier 1 backlinking every month.

Note: I have not counted the auto approve trackbacks, slow poster and moderated lists. This results are only from the Auto Approve Main List. If you use all lists I’m sure you can double or even triple it.

Just be smart – there is nothing more to explain, all you need to do is creating a seo plan and follow it.
